Generate revenue by increasing Post service Follow up
Ensure timely updating of customer information system as laid down by the principal/company
Maintain and updates database of non-visiting customers and initiate actions to convert them into visiting customers
Review the availability of resources including manpower and advises subordinates on jobs to be taken up
Receive customer feedbacks and analyzes them for taking improvement measures
Plan customer appointment and review the same day-to-day to regulate vehicle flow
Plan and implements customer-centric activities like pick-up and drop facility, concern resolution at customer’s place etc.
Prepare relevant reports related to customer care to the top management
Maximise customer loyalty and retention.
Chalk out a time-bound action plans to resolve any issues related to customer
Monitor and review CRE activities
Ensure that the systems and procedures related to customer care as laid down by the principal/company for the workshop are followed by all dealing with customers
Generate new initiatives related to customer satisfaction and implements the same
Track customer concern issues and initiates action plans to enhance customer satisfaction level
Assist and support the service team for customer contacts in handling complaints, vehicle delivery and taking customer satisfaction note.
