Job Description

We are looking fresher and experienced candidates for the position of " CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE " for Delhi location - "" CANDIDATE MUST UNDERSTAND KANNADA LANGUAGE ""   RESPONSIBILITIES - Making outbound calls Follow up leads Coordinate with Sales / Procurement Team also direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource/department etc. Understand customers need for buying / selling Having ability to distinguish hot / warm / cold customers Generating daily reports and preparing various MIS as per requirement such as keep records of customer interactions and transactions record details of inquiries, comments and complaints record details of actions taken Analysis of various enquiries Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. KEY SKILLS - Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking.
