Responsibilities and Duties
- Interacting with customers overcall.
- Managing customer service inquiries.
- Assessing customers need to achieve satisfaction.
- Convey accurately and required information to the customers.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in English communication is mandatory.
- Flexible with night shifts (Home drop facility available).
- Five days working in a week (Saturday & Sunday fixed off).
