Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, mails etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..
• Responsible for dealing with International Clients.
• Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses
• Must know how to close their own calls
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, i-Phone, i-Pad
• Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account
