Need to troubleshoot issues of the incoming calls of the clients regarding Windows, Mac Computers, Laptops or any other peripherals like printer, router, Apple devices like tabs, mobile phones or Apple Laptops.
Experience in Tech Support is mandatory. One should know how to close his own calls.
Should be intermediate.
Age should be below 35.
Salary :- 12000 to 26000. (Salary negotiable) + Incentives + Fixed salary (no deduction).
6 days working + 1 rotational off.
Should be flexible. Rotational Shift ( Morning and Night both ).
24 leaves in a year + 15 comp offs + 2 paid leaves in a month.
Paid Birthday leave + Double Paid if you work.
