Responsibilities and Duties
• Taking inbound calls (US) regarding computers./MAC/ IOS
• Taking inbound calls regarding pop-ups, email, printer issues.
• Windows & Mac both.
• Taking the remote access of the customer's computer & diagnosing the problems.
• Pitching for Service maintenance contract.
• Sales Pitch.
• To achieve daily sales target.
Qualifications and Skills
Must Have Experience in
• Outbound/Inbound Tech Support for more than -1 year
• Must know how to close calls.
• Must have good convincing and sales skills.
• Candidates must be able to join immediately.
Fixed Salary on 1st of every month in Salary Account + Very Attractive Incentives
24 Leaves in a year + comp off + B'day Leave
No Extension of Shift Timings
Shift: US Shift
10 pm to 8 am (US Shift)
