Experience in International BPO Industry is preferred.
Experience: 1 year & above is compulsory.(11 months of Experience Mandatory)
Desired candidate profile:-
•Must Have Experience in Outbound /Inbound Tech Support
•Must know how to close their own calls.
•Must have good convincing skills.
•Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses
•Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, i-Phone, i-Pad
