We have a premium requirement for Tech Support Executive/ Voice Process in our esteemed organization.
Qualification : Any graduate/ undergraduate
Experience: 1-6 Years
• Assisting international clients for Windows / MAC / IOS / Printer / Router / Antivirus related issues.
• Candidates must have good communication in English.
• Candidates must have Experienced in Technical Support(Inbound Candidates must know how to close their own calls or at least can pitch the calls.)
• German/Polish speaking candidates are preferable.
• Should be flexible in working in Nightshift
• Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days / 1 rotational off.
