Job Description

Need to receive calls and troubleshoot issues calls like pop up calls, error code message on the screen/mac
issues like I-phone disable connect to i-tunes, activation lock,i-cloud issues etc.customer will call regarding
laptops and desktop of windows devices,mac devices like i-phones of any model number,i-pads,mac pro etc.

Required Skills:
English must

Fluency in English should be good

Convincing power should be good

Need to have basic computer knowledge

Qualification:
12 pass or Graduated
