Job Description

Attending inbound tech calls.
Customer will call related to software issues of windows and Mac computer.
windows issues like email issues, anti-virus, issues related to pop up calls,
error message on the screen and mac issues like iPad,iPhone, laptops issues
can be iTunes, activation lock, cloud issues etc.customers can call related
to any of these issues, candidates need to solve these issues and give a
resolution to the problems make the customer understand and mold the customer
accordingly to pay for a plan to fix up the problems and make sales after
the sale is done candidates needs to transfer the call to the technician
for the service and to close the case.


Desired candidates:
Candidates need to speak English.
Candidates need to close their own calls.
Candidates need to be flexible.
Candidates need to have Experienced in tech support for 6 months
to 1 year experience.
