Job Description

Summary:
Troubleshooting issues in computer software of customers computer for Windows and Mac.

Job Role:
Candidates need to receive calls of customers that will call related to computer software issues of windows and mac candidates needs to troubleshoot issues like anti-virus, pop up calls like error messages and other software issues.

Skills:
Need to speak in English
Need to have basic computer knowledge
Need to close their own calls
Need to be flexible

Profile Required:
Need to be flexible in shifts / process
Require only Exp candidates in terms of tech exp experience only who has worked for outbound and inbound.

Qualification:
12 Pass/ Graduated
