Greet customers warmely and find out their problem or reason for calling
Handles incoming calls and do outbound calls for prospective customers or clients
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Generate sales leads & sell products and services.
Meet personal sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the customers.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Educate customers on deals and promotions the company is offering
Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Build trusting and long term relationships through open and interactive communication
Close out or open call records.
