Job Description

Designation: Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities and Duties
Resolving issues on windows and mac computer, issues can be pop up on the screen,antivirus issues, email issues
candidates need to resolve these issues and give resolution to the problem and make sales.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Need to speak in English
Need to close their own calls
Need to be flexible
Need to have tech support experience


Salary is credited on the 1st of the month.
Fixed salary+Incentives.
Salary will be offered from 13K to 25K Per month.
6 Days work.
1 fixed off(Roster off).
No stretching.
24 leaves in a year.
1 paid Bday leave.
If the candidate works on his or her Bday candidate will get double pay for that day on his or her bday (only if he comes to office).
