Job Description

Dealing with international clients. Solving technical issues and remote TROUBLESHOOTING Handling technical queries & repair of IT Hardware devices & Networking Solutions (Internet, LAN, WIFI, Router etc.) Job location: Kolkata Interview Location - Kolkata Key requirements: Excellent Communication skills in English. Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service will get added advantage. Candidates need to have excellent interpersonal skills.. Flexible with rotational shifts (24*7). Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any stream GRADUATION APPEARED AWAITING RESULTS ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE BE/B.Tech can also apply. BCA/BSc IT can apply Candidates pursuing or completed Distance MBA/PGDM are eligible.
