Job Description

Candidates need to attend calls which will be related to customers issues on the computer, laptops of Windows and Mac devices.Needs to troubleshoot issues which is related to issues like pop up calls/ Error codes/Black screen /Lost contacts /issues on I-tunes like i-phone disable connect to I-tunes, Activation lock Issues, Contact lost in I-phone,Cannot access I-cloud Account Etc.

Required Profile :
English Must
Needs to know how to close their own calls
Need to be communicative and fluent in English
Candidates who know another language like German, Polish, French, Dutch or Spanish can apply too.
Candidates should be Flexible in terms of Shifts and Process
