Job Description

*To handle Outbound Calls.
*Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
*Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
*Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
*Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve the problem.
*Knowledge in SEO, SMO and website selling will be an advantage
*Experience in any B2B and B2C selling process will be an advantage

Working days: 5days.
Week Offs: Fixed Offs on every Saturday & Sundays.

Shift Timings:
9.00am to 6pm
9.30pm to 6.30.am(US Shift)
