Job Description

Job Role:
Need to receive calls and troubleshoot issues calls like pop up calls, error code message on the screen/mac issues like I-phone disable connect to i-tunes, activation lock,i-cloud issues etc.customer will call regarding laptops and desktop of windows devices, Mac devices like i-phones of any model number,i-pads, mac pro etc.

Required Skills:
English must
Fluency in English should be good
Convincing power should be good
Need to have basic computer knowledge

12 pass or Graduated

Salary Credited on the 1st of every month
Huge incentives
Leaves and comp offs along with B'day leave
6 days work and 1 fixed off
