Attend Customer querriers.
Candidate would be responsible for interacting with the clients over the phone, e-mail and chat and resolving customer queries within defined TAT
Make calls to the customers when necessary & follow up with all concerned for closure of issue within SLA.
Educate/inform customers about latest fashion trends/brands/products etc.
To help customers with product enquiries
Build relationship with customers
Professionally deal with complaints and escalation process where necessary
Effective team player to coordinate with other departments and resolve customer queries.
