Platform - Citrix Servers and C.A.M.P: P2
Should have 4+ Years of IT experience as a Citrix System Admin, Windows System Administration, Technical Support
Should involve in assessment of Client's new Citrix Infrastructure on XenDesktop 7.6 (XenApp & XenDesktop) on provisioning services
Must have experience on Level -1 and level 2 support engineer and supporting applications across the servers.
Involved in troubleshooting high and critical issues by joining bridge calls.
Owning the application projects which involves upgrading of infrastructure/application and troubleshooting the issues.
Working on BAU activities like Incidents, RFC - Tasks and Changes.
Good knowledge on incident, change and problem management as well as ticketing tool.
Deep Level Understanding in Citrix XenApp, Web Interface and other Citrix Components
Good Knowledge in Citrix Edge sight, Single Sign-on.
Experience on Installation, publishing & management of Citrix applications and reported issues.
