- To lead the creative team with strong vision and leadership. Provides overall creative leadership to the organization. Building positive environment for the development of the highest quality creative product.

- To create and oversee the implementation of world-class creative business communications with particular responsibility towards the creative work.

- Creates optimum structure to provide effective, efficient development of creative product.

- Establishing work flow for requesting, creating, editing and publishing creative.

- Encourages strong collaborative relationship with account management and other departments.

- Expertly articulate/track project milestones, deliverables, and risks to account leads and senior management, internal and /or external vendors, while communicating progress, issues, and accomplishments.

- To craft creative strategy for clients keeping client's business and domain challenges in mind and provide strategic direction for their digital needs.

- To ensure the timely development and execution of programs, campaigns and projects.

- Develop and facilitate training related to new technology, strategy in sync with the market.

- Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) to implement real time design strategies and content.
