Job Description :-
Lead and build business plan for Nigeria and execute the plan for consistent business growth
Responsible for P&L for Nigeria and individual centres in the country.Ensure ROI.
Collaborate and Build strong relationships with Government, regulatory and other institutions to build brand equity of the organization.
Ensure executions of marketing programs to drive patient traffic and increase market share.
Build systems and processes to continuously create great Patient experience and satisfaction.
Identify, study feasibility and ensure project management for launch of new centres.
Build, develop, lead, collaborate and manage the employee team. Drive employee engagement.
Good general management and multi-functional skills.
Prior experience of working in Nigeria (any industry) will be an advantage.
Some understanding and exposure to healthcare/ services industry may be useful but not an essential requirement.
