Job Description

Job Duties:

• Strategic Management – Formulating and Ensuring Business plan to increase pipeline and create quarter on quarter predictability to business & accomplish Sales Target.
• Sales Management – Developing New Clients with negotiations with them for securing profitable business with a higher YOY growth on the Team Achievements .Monitoring Collections and Outstanding Payments .Gaining a extensive experience in managing Institutional Sales Channels and nurturing them for Higher returns .

• Business / Profit Centre Management - Adaptable to working in High Pressure Environments with strict deadlines and multiple deliverable to implement best practices that consistently deliver outstanding results with Profitability .
• People Management – Recruiting a team of Corporate Professionals for Sales / Pre Sales and for Services directly and indirectly for Functional Excellence. Ensuring the Team satisfaction in-toto.
• Managerial experience in the Technology industry with specialization in solution and concept selling with a long term trusted Relationship with the Customers, and all stake Holders .
• Ensuring business with Multiple Market segment for variety of IT / Telecom solutions , Security & Surveillance, to Enterprise , Federal , State Government , Education, Defence, Service Providers ,etc .
