Job Description

Responsibilities : Responsible for end to end Performance Management System activities Background Verification, Policies and Processes Drive Employee Engagement initiatives and activities Assist in planning and Implementing of training programmes as per organisational needs Support in OD Interventions Activities HRIS : Adrenalin Support & Automation. Backend Support in all HR Software Related  Recruitment & MIS Activities: All Support, Middle Management and Higher management requirement. Preparing various need based MIS Reports and maintaining the same.  Any other task assigned from time to time. Desired Candidate Profile - Full time MBA (HR) with 2-4 years of relevant experience Candidates from IT/ITES industry preferred Experience in HRIS Adrenalin necessary Female candidates only need apply Candidates from in and around Navi Mumbai and neighbouring areas need only apply.
