Job Description

Create the development and running of new campaign launch for special editorial projects like year end listings, Reviews and Special reports
Managing Public and Corporate relations by liaisoning with key Industry thought leaders/ CXOs and Ministry and Government PR firms for inviting special Guest to editorial events
Meet, liaise and regularly speak to Guest Speakers, key invitees and VIP guests to invite for Media led leadership events, conferences and awards.
Independently manage conference project and research content and trending topics and ideas for our industry conference series.
Working with key Business Chambers and Associations for alliance and Media partnerships
Participating in daily and weekly Planning Meetings, reviewing the details of events, which he/she has been working on
Coordinating and developing PR Briefs by working with marketing and editorial teams
Conducting independent meeting with Senior government official, Ministers and Leaders to seek Support for multiple edit initiatives
Taking care of Public and press relations for leadership as well as VIP/ CXO/ Key note speakers at our events.
Good Understanding of social media to reach-out to the right audience for edit desk features and events
Hosting networking meetings and independently managing high profile guest relations on behalf of Editor in Chief
Participating in pre and post-conference/debrief and feedback sessions with clients and relevant members of the operations staff, so as to obtain first-hand comments on certain complex, critical and/or large scale events.
