Be good in accounting concepts and have a basic understanding of US GAAP/IFRS.
Have reasonable exposure to the GL accounting & reconciliations includes Accruals, Deferrals, Prepaid and deliver on P&L, BS recons, Monthly/period close activities.
Manage & take ownership of Accounting, Reporting and Analytics on a daily/monthly basis.
Ensure and maintain compliance with the applicable policies, procedures and .internal controls, both at Operational and Process level for Accenture entities.
Manage customer queries and should have a flair to problem solving and adaptability
Pro-actively engage with finance group and Accenture programs or initiatives
Knowledge in Billing, Fixed Assets Accounting, SAP, Blackline Tool will be an added advantage
Should have RTR, GL, Closing and reporting experience
Candidates must have good communication skills (to converse with international stakeholders)
Must have a good knowledge in accounting concepts (good understanding of Standards, US GAAP (Theoretical knowledge is a must), IGAAP/IFRS)
