You will lead and run E-commerce Content Production for the Landmark Group’s online brands in India.
Lead, manage and inspire a team of young, smart, hardworking and passionate photographers, retouchers, content managers and other key content personnel.
Take full accountability and ownership for producing world-class e-commerce content and always delivering on-time, on-cost and on quality.
Build capabilities and processes to successfully produce rich content such as 3D images, videos and more.
Optimize and streamline existing processes to reduce turnaround times and costs without compromising quality.
Partner and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, such as brand heads of e-commerce and omnichannel, heads of marketing, heads of visual merchandising and category managers to jointly and rapidly improve the current state of brand e-commerce content.
Should be a great relationship builder who can comfortably collaborate with multiple key stakeholders simultaneously.
You should have a balanced amount of exposure to photography and retouching operations across the home, furniture, fashion, footwear, beauty, baby and children’s departments.
You should have considerable experience in advanced photography technologies and equipment such as Style Shoots.
Having experience in creating excellent photography and style guidelines that capture a brand’s personality and aspiration while ensuring quality during production.
Should always be up-to-date on the latest industry best-practices, tools, technologies, techniques and processes.
Should be very good at project management, can easily break down new initiatives into activities, milestones, owners and due dates, and deliver accordingly.
