The Content Analyst would be responsible for the development and maintenance of EHR clinical content based templates and documents to support clinical workflows under various specialties for US healthcare.
He/she requires the ability to promote consensus and drive decisions around clinical content projects.
Candidate must be able to interact with clients as needed to support their adoption of clinical content and understand issues escalated by clients.
The analyst must serve as an Interface with internal technical teams, Physicians team and other cross-functional teams as part content review process and to create solutions to meet complex business requirements.
The candidate will work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-
depth evaluation and help development team by transforming business requirements into functional specifications.
He/she must be familiar with health system policies, procedures and operations in addition to US healthcare standards related to quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
Candidate must have knowledge of content development lifecycle for clinical EHR application
He/she must have experience in defining / building / configuring content in clinical software applications.
Candidate must have the ability to organize & prioritize issues and formulate recommendations for action
Candidate should have familiarity with clinical standards, outcome measures, clinical quality measures and documentation in clinical information systems
He/she should have experience with information analysis, software design, documentation, testing, development fundamentals and processes
He/she should have knowledge of US healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements
He/she should experience in managing vendor communications and/or relationships
Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
Experience with (client's) EHR and EPM applications would be highly desirable
