Job Description

The candidate will help clients boost their return on capital, as well as offering potential for higher cash returns, cost reduction and improved service and risk to shareholders. The candidate should have excellent client facing skills, being used to interacting with both senior management and junior levels of the organisation, and will be culturally intelligent.

The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
A positive, self starting, self supporting attitude and work ethic to develop and grow the business
Significant ability to analyse situations, making the most of available information, provide a coherent summary of the current position and logical, pragmatic and imaginative recommendations for improvements
Excellent, and proven, communication and influencing skills to run meeting and workshops
Flexibility to travel for short durations both nationally and internationally
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams especially international teams
The ability to solve problems and drive parts of the project
The ability to work effectively in teams and/or run workstreams and meet project deadlines
