Job Description

-Handling the Concierge desk with utmost efficiency by assisting on the incoming calls & walkins at the concierge desk and ensuring minimum waiting time and smooth flow of work at the reception. -Supervision of the Housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness & upkeep of the entire PVB area. -Preparation and coordination for Sr. Management visit related to arrangement for welcoming ceremony, Town hall, lunch, itinerary etc. -Being the one point of contact for all sorts of internal coordination for North & East and liaising with other departments locally as well like IT, CRES, HR etc. -Maintenance of various important MIS like Vendor Bills, Client BDays & Gifts, Travel trackers etc.Local floral deliveries & arrangement of gifts for special occasions for the Clients. -Keeping stock of Bank stationery and ensuring the upkeep as per latest versions of all AOF & documents.Keeping stock of General stationery, pantry consumables etc and placing orders as per requirement on monthly basis. -Making Travel Arrangements .which includes everything starting from Cab & Hotel arrangements along with Flight & Railway tickets. -Help in on boarding and settlement of new joinees by addressing to the requirement of Desktop/laptop, work desk, stationery, required system accesses and other miscellaneous requests. -Performing Exit formalities along with the LM for leavers such as handover template sign off, asset & access cards handover, lockers handovers etc at the time of exit.
