Candidate will be joining the team which is into complete restructuring of compensation structure, reviewing benefits and formalizing a strong compensation/rewards philosophy.
You will have the unique opportunity to play a key role in the project team, help shape the outcome of these efforts, drive implementation and set up internal processes, structures and tools to effectively deliver the newly designed compensation and benefits in the future.
Being the central point for planning, designing & administering compensation & benefits programs and policies, you will play an integral role in supporting our talent management strategies and activities and be a business partner to our function. This varies from designing appropriate compensation structures and ranges for over 100 roles, designing/updating benefits programs, conducting regular research and market benchmarking exercises to conducting cost analyses, creating regular reports and ensuring legal and statutory compliance of all activities.
Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist/expert with exposure to handling global locations / stakeholders
Extensive experience in handling Compensation Benchmarking exercises, syndicating and implementing suggested changes
Working knowledge of job evaluation /analysis and talent management practices
Strong knowledge of relevant statutory labour laws, regulations and various rulings - Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
Project management experience
MBA in HR (preferable) and relevant certification in Compensation / Benefits, will be an added advantage
