Documentation, Audit payouts and ensure governance including statutory compliance. Performing Performance Appraisal, Managing and suggesting development in present system. Managing entire Annual Compensation exercise of Annual Increment process and suggesting improvements. Develop a compensation and Benefit strategy for the organization. Develop strategy for Annual Increase, Incentive Payouts. Develop a retention strategy for High Performance. Set the organizations pay structure and benefits offerings. Performing Salary Survey for Analyzing Organizational Pay Structure. HRIS knowledge (Oracle, SAP , WorkDay will be an added advantage. Prepare a program budget and keep operations within budget. Hands on 7 to 8 yrs of rich experience in complete gamut of C&B. Highly analytical and self-driven
