Job Description

Ability to write in a clear and concise manner, when explaining complex scenarios
Maintain verbal and in-person contact with your clients to forge lasting working relationships
Ability to effectively respond to questions from senior leadership in real time and conduct productive meetings
As necessary, exercise courage when presenting ideas upward through the organization; provide the best consultation possible, even when the results may not be well received
Compensation experience to include working within a global market structure, with market pricing experience in the UK, India, and the middle-east. Other country experience is helpful
High level of proficiency with MS Excel including the ability to: write compound formulas, utilize pivot tables, create charts and graphs, and manage workbooks with multiple tabs
High level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint in crafting and delivering presentations
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to: recognize and diagnose problem areas in Compensation programs, conduct self-guided research into problem areas, craft meaningful analyses that display the problem, offer solutions and model outcome scenarios
Experience with data scrubbing and maintaining data integrity
Experience with HRIS data systems, as an end user or as a consultant for application development
A detailed knowledge of process mapping, continuous improvement and service delivery must provide prior examples of the application of these concepts in the field
Ability to interact with colleagues in all levels of the organization for the express purpose of information gathering, consultation and building partnerships
5+ years of experience in Compensation, obtained with a multinational company
