- Starting with Complete Corporate Company Secretarial functions for senior profiles to handling different aspects of Company Secretary functions ( based on Years,Quality & type of experience) as required in Very large,Complex,Dynamic Domestic & international operational requirements Desired Candidate Profile: - Meritorious, Well Qualified Company Secretaries,preferably With prestigious Legal/ Management/ ACA qualifications of Merit,post-qualification experience of 3-22 years of comprehensive Company Secretarial exposure (Prime Focus) as relevant for the respective levels,no.of years of experience including exceptional drafting skills, with corporates, known for continuous Expansions, Diversification's, acquisitions, International & Domestic Fund raising, Regulatory/Compliance requirements, international JV's, pioneering initiatives in implementing latest in processes, certifications, operations, technology, systems, HR practices etc.
