Job Description

Drafting/ Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Minutes of Board meeting/ General Meeting and Co-ordination of such Meetings.
Maintenance and Updation of Legal & Statutory Registers.
Filing returns with RBI/ROC.
Statutory compliances under Companies Act, FEMA Laws, & other Corporate Laws.
To apply and obtain Govt. Approvals as and when required.
Liaison with Govt. Agencies.
Deal with Banks/FI for Legal Documentation of Corporate Funding.
Drafting/ Vetting of various Corporate agreements etc.
Documentation/ Legal Compliance for new Joint Ventures/ Corporate Tie ups.
Handling Litigations by or against the Group.
Drafting/ Formulating of Group Policy Documents.
Compliance Audit in the Group.
