Should be handling various Secretarial, Internal and Statutory Audits.
Should be Handling a team of qualified company secretarial Handling the Compliance related work of the Listed Companies. Should possess good knowledge of SEBI regulations, Listing Agreement and any other Statutory regulations pertaining to the Listed Companies
- Conducting General/Board/Committee Meetings as required under Companies Act involving the issuance of notices, drafting agenda and recording minutes of the meeting.
- Drafting various, documents pertaining to Joint Venture, Share subscription conveyance, leave and license agreement, power of attorney, non-disclosure & confidentiality agreement, opinions and general correspondences.
- Preparing and filing of necessary documents/returns related to NBFC & banks
- Researching background information related to legal and secretarial issues & helping prepare the legal document.
