1. On boarding Merchants:
i.Responsible for on boarding merchants invited in the JC inbound program as per scope.
ii.Responsible for sales pitch and product demonstration
2. Act as Manager and Coach:
i.The Commerce Operations Lead will create his team of Commerce Service Officers
ii.He will act as a coach to nurture and handhold them by showcasing the on-boarding process of merchants and also do merchant visits in market for driving the usage.
3. Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture long term relationship with key merchants for enhancing usage and upselling.
4. Drive Merchant inflow for inbound program:
i.Coordinate with the Foundation partner teams like CnCs BDAs and HUL distributor FOS, who are responsible for inviting the merchants in the JC.
ii.Organize meetings with Retailer associations in his JC and invite Merchants for on-boarding.
5. Lead Management and conversion:
i.Follow up with the interested set of merchants, as shared by the Foundation Partners and ensure that the merchants visit the JC for getting on boarded.
ii.Drive lead conversion through FSM app from the team.
