Job Description

- Hunting and mining in target vertical

- Relationship and Account management

- Responsibility for overall business plan for given set of accounts

- All associated activities in conjunction with sales - sales pursuit, presentation of offerings, orchestration, responding to RFX, closure, contract negotiation, internal coordination for sales opportunity closures

- Leverage partner/consultant eco system for given set of accounts

- Collection of A/R

- Planning, implementation and operationalisation of sales strategy in the vertical

- Sales reporting, CRM management

- Plan, participate and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, exhibitions, customer specific events for sales support

- Attend networking events, exhibitions, seminars etc.

- Prior 10+ years of sales experience with at least 6 years of relevant IT sales experience. Exposure to Bengaluru market would be added advantage

- Proven Hunting & mining skills

- Core skills in sales

- Proven consistent sales revenue achievement

- Ability to network with CXO's and have required business and IT conversations

- Established and good connects with the CXO's in the industry

- People skills - the job involves networking with clients, partners and a large virtual team inside the company

- Should have done large deals, services sales and account management of large accounts.
