Administer XenApp servers; Publishing applications, troubleshooting user connection issues, maintaining and updating existing applications
Knowledge on RAID, firmware, Remote Console management, Network and Storage.
Knowledge on any ticketing tool, automation tool, monitoring tool
Knowledge of ITIL process and Knowledge on Windows Server 2003, 2008 & 2012.
Provide root cause analysis of critical incidents
Good Knowledge on automating day to day activities on virtual infrastructure, Capacity planning and management and Licensing
