Circle Manager for Ahmedabad location
Budget: 13 Lpa
Target Achievement : Will be responsible for the overall target ( 3in1 accounts , Subscription accounts , Client Activation and cross sell of products like MF SIP) of the Circle which will be met through a team of ASL resources mapped to Axis bank employees.
Channel Management focus: Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Circle Head, Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and employees to drive productivity of the bank employees.
Sales driving skills and team management: Will be driving own team of TLs and Sales Executives on parameters of Acquisition, Activation and all
Value Added products through regular team meetings, one on one interactions, concalls etc.
Initiatives and influence : Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Circle Functionaries , Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers
