Design, implement and communicate strategy for operational management and programme development to meet agreed organizational performance plans within budgets and timelines.
Establish and maintain appropriate systems and processes for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development.
Understanding of business performance by analyzing data; business trends, projecting demand, resource allocation, manpower efficiency & deployment, cost optimization and accordingly manage targets and related growth.
Support in designing risk mitigation strategies by portfolio analysis.
Coordinate with different departments for timely support for the programme implementation.
Implement and lead a continuous quality up-gradation process throughout programme areas and State offices focusing on systems and process improvement based on analysis of data generated from all departments/branches within the organization.
Travel to state offices/territory offices and review performance and operations within the particular state.
Set and manage performance targets of programme teams, ensuring staffing levels are met and professional management standards are adhered to while maintaining working knowledge of the organizations policies and regulations.
Support the CEO in developing and overseeing the long term strategies.
Plan in accordance to the financial budget in order to meet the proposed projects with Government and Corporates.

A University degree in management or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of relevant progressive leadership experience of which at least 3 in a significant supervisory position in a growth-oriented organization.
Demonstrated skills in leading diverse work teams and implementing organization-wide operational and managerial processes across a broad geography.
Broad knowledge and experience in organization development and people management in a large-scale organization.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including above average oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
Experience in operating multiple projects across various locations and interacting with multiple stakeholders and managed the Profit and Loss of the organisation.
Knowledge of principles and practices of modern management and administration; governmental policy, financial analysis; project management; and personnel management.
Skill in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating a wide variety of activities; developing implementing and communicating policies and procedures for a large organization; analyzing data, making sound recommendations and adopting effective causes of action; working persuasively and tactfully with supervisors and line staff; supervision of specialized professional staff.
