Job Description

Job Description - In this role, the CMO will be responsible for:

- Have the ability to drive entrepreneurial initiatives and drive growth for the business
- Lead the overall Marketing function and create a strong market presence and branding
- Driving admissions across the set of schools managed by the Group by leading and managing a dedicated team of marketing and sales professionals
- Researching, Formulating Strategy, Planning, Budgeting and Executing the Sales and Marketing initiatives to achieve the target number of admissions for each of the businesses
- Managing and Building the various brands owned by the company and ensuring that each of the brand becomes leader (both in online and offline space) in the segment and geography that it operates in.
- Managing the various brand properties including the website, social media pages, blogs etc.
- Driving walk-ins into the campuses through various ATL (Media & PR, Hoardings, Paper Ads etc.) and BTL activities, Online marketing
- Focus on customer segmentation and targeting besides effective online reputation management
- Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans besides brand platform and positioning
- Formulate, evaluate and negotiate strong marketing partnerships
