Head/Chief Financial Officer - Finance & Accounts - CA - FMCG/Consumer Durable

Head/CFO - Finance & Accounts

Developing financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans; directing staff, etc.

- Responsible for Audit (Internal & External), Compliance and ICS for the regional offices(Pan India).

- Supporting business with various MIS on sales, pricing, distribution & logistics and overheads etc.

- Taken various initiatives e.g. Transaction Price Management for profitability, District/Destination-wise NCR and Contribution, Dealer Profit Analysis helping business/marketing to take corrective actions to enhance profitability etc.

- Controlling VAT of Pan India and supporting plants in rest of the Pan India.

- Service Tax compliance and TDS compliance.

- ICS coordinator for all the concerned offices.

- Controlling and managing entire marketing accounts of authorized dealer network, authorized retail stockist's and live non trade customers of the Pan India.

- Working as interface between various offices/departments and corporate office.

- Member of core team for preparation of GST.

- Ensure adequate internal controls prevailing in Sales Accounts functions at Regions and CMO.

- To monitor total Costs of Selling Distribution Expenses.

- To implement proper SOPs on receivable management.

- To create a base in appointing and negotiating with Business Associates like C&F Agents and Transporters.

- To Comply with Statutory Laws prevailing during that time.

- Ensuring proper verification process and timely processing of all vendor payments.

- Resolving Issues and providing solutions.

- Continuous Focus on maintaining and improving Service Levels.

- Ensure implementation of Authority Guidelines and SOP.

- Regular monitoring of various cost and revenue points.

- Commercial Negotiation to secure best rates and terms for procurement of items and services.

- Implementation of Risk Management processes.

- Ensure compliances in all statutory matters.

- Accurate and timely reporting of MIS.

- Analytical Exceptional Reporting.

- Ensure Audit is completed smoothly, timely and all audit queries are resolved.

- Smooth completion of Monthly Financial Closing and release of Financial Statements.

- Examine Policy decisions for discount, incentive and schemes, network proposals, pricing and other areas critically.

- Vetting and analysis of various business initiative and reporting thereof Development of Team skills.

- Core team member for advance GST preparation and planning.

- No adverse audit observation.. Taxation - VAT of Pan India, TDS and Service Tax.

- Many cost saving and system improvement initiatives.
