Job Description

- You are responsible for the leadership, management and direction of the organization within the context of the strategic plan & accountable for the overall operations of the company & establish & coordinate services for HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Legal and IT. Formulating policies, managing daily operations and customer relationships & communicating with Board. - Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability - Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings - Work closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return - Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement - Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers - Establish and implement the Strategic business, Financial and operational plans and reports - Ultimate brand responsibility and Financial management accountability - Increase revenues and reduce costs in order to ensure the highest level of profitability for the group. - Monitor the implementation of approved strategies to drive the performance of the company. - Formulate and implement operations policies, procedures and quality systems. - Prepare annual company budgets and monitor performance against the approved budgets. - Provide guidance, development and training to assigned staff and encourage individual development. - Ensure organization is running smoothly and efficiently in accordance with the company business development plans & objectives. - Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace, lives to our values and inspires teamwork through effective leadership - Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. - You would be the major contributor / leader across our client organization - Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure performance to the annual business plan targets - Lead by example. Ensure the team understands and adheres to company standards and operating procedures - Manage customer relationships at national levels - Ability to travel as needed - Other duties as may be assigned Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification And Experience: 1. Graduate & MBA or BE with 20+ years of relevant work experience (Sales & Business Development/ Operations/General Management in a ITeS/ BPO/ Staffing Industry & last five years in Leadership Role 2. Significant exposure to core areas of operations, sales and marketing, finance, human resources, information technology Operations leadership experience and ability to manage overall operations issues 3. Dynamic person with personal initiative and leadership skills 4. Strong communication skills with the capacity to succinctly convey ideas and organizational positions 5. Good strategic thinker with the ability to work hands on, but also keep their eye on the big picture 6. Consistent, well organized and tenacious 7. Comfortable presenting to boards of directors 8. A strong professional image and high ethical standards / integrity 9. Exceptional leadership skills 10. Effective verbal & written communication skills 11. Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to set and handle multiple priorities 12.
