Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze current operations and collaborate with Corporate Executives to implement operational changes
- Review existing company policies, procedures and organizational structure and recommend and implement agreed changes to allow for future growth along with management of work in progress
- In conjunction with board of directors and executive management team, establishes and monitors long-range plans consistent with the overall profit and growth objectives
- Provides direction to top executives and supervisory personnel, motivating mangers to function as a cohesive organization
- Foster the development of company spirit, creativity and integrity, to produce maximum benefit to the company, employee and community
- Maintain the adequacy and soundness of the company's financial structure and people assets to ensure successful growth and management of work in progress
- Enhance the company business development program
- Provides direction and participates in close the "sale" on large strategic projects, assisting in final contract negotiations when necessary
- Follow all requirements of the company safety program and takes personal responsibility for safety in the working environment. Promote safety among staff and entire company
- Performs additional assignments as directed by the Board of Directors
- Provides guidance to CFO, Sr. VP Field Operations and VP of Project Management Operations, as well as other key staff.
- Work with HR to develop an internal succession plan

EDUCATION:

- A four-year technical, engineering or business administration degree or equivalent experience required. An MBA preferred.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
• Knowledge and experience in managing electrical construction company
• Strength in operations management required.
• Experience in budgeting and overseeing entire P&L budgeting required
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication and analytical skills required.
• Knowledge of South Asia clientele and market base preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit for prolong periods.
• The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to operate a vehicle, required.
• Working conditions consists of temperature-controlled buildings or offices, outside elements such as rain, cold, and heat when working with in open environments, driving from various locations or attending meetings, etc. Noise levels are moderate to loud depending on work location.
