Ensuring the productivity of self and Relationship Managers as per the expectations of the company by planning activities for acquisition, multi product penetration, constantly working on bringing up capabilities of the team and self and customer service.
Handling HNI (Highnet worth Individuals) clients by themselves for closure of sales on all products without subsequent delegation.
