Carryout and manage the operations of the accounting department.
Supervising the monthly book closure, Expense Accruals and preparation of financial statements.
Maintenance of books of accounts accurately and up-to-date and Preparation and presentation of Financial Statements as per Ind AS on a monthly basis.
Ensure that all the GL accounts are accurate and up to date.
Ensure that there are proper reconciliations for all the accounts in the books of accounts.
Monitoring the monthly invoices submitted to the clients based on the agreement.
Supervise sales, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, cash flows.
Familiarity with Tally accounting software.
MIS & Costing
Preparing MIS reports as to various projects.
Reconciliation of timesheets and computation of revenue based on the billing rate.
Preparation of Cost sheets and knowledge on service costing procedures.
Overseeing the compliances related to Income Tax, RBI, STPI, VAT and Service Tax and Banks .
Company Secretarial work with respect to drafting of board resolutions and maintaining statutory registers as prescribed.
