Job Description

Managing staff loan approvals Ensuring sanction of staff loans as per policy within Managing resignation processing:of Payroll & Audit Ensuring TAT and Accuracy.oEnsuring timely information to the exiting staff. Managing retiral benefits:oLiasoning with EPFO regarding PF & EPS mattersoEnsuring TAT and Accuracy in PF, Gratuity settlements.Involved in:Suggesting and implementing system improvements to reduce TAT Responsibilities Review and process time card entries Process daily department code changes as needed Provide reconciliation to employees for meal penalties and daily punches Ability to answer questions about timecards and paychecks to employees Responsible for assisting the Payroll Administrator with garnishments, EDD, employee employment verifications, time and attendance discrepancies/ corrections in ADP, and auditing for correct payroll entries Works closely with Hiring managers and Supervisors to ensure proper documentation is provided to hire within the Paychex and ADP systems Assists Benefits Administrator with adding all benefit deductions into payroll on a bi-weekly basis
