Job Description

General:
New product additions for E-Retailers and other channels/ customers
Work with sales and marketing manager to present and onboard new items to e-retailers and other customers
Coordinate and maintain a library of product details, specifications and assets that can be syndicated to customer systems
Liaise with e-commerce category managers/ SPOC for forecasts, SKU wise performance, promotions, campaigns etc
Support SIOP activities create demand forecasts and inventory management in conjuncture with e-tailers, sales and marketing teams
Support customer service for order management and order fulfilment for e-retailers
Perform page audits on an ongoing basis and report findings/recommendations to e-commerce sales and marketing teams

Content Creation
Product Reviews on E-Retailer Sites
With product managers, create a prioritized list of skus and time-frame to follow customer reviews
For each selected sku, summarize review results and key insights from reviewers
Build stories from review comments that can be used in retailer line reviews
Identify problem issues within reviews and, with direction from sales and product managers, respond to issue
Work with various internal and external stakeholders and contractors to develop new content and upgrade existing content including video, pictures, infographics and FAQs
Write blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, presentations and other material for social media channels and other channels
Adapt/repurpose current video and articles to new communication channels
Solid SEO knowledge that is translated into content development
Benchmark content created by other market players and share with team

Analytics Review
Where e-retailer provides, work with sales manager to define the set of customer analytics to be measured (i.e. sales, inventory, operational, promotional performance, reviews, trends, pricing)
Create key metric dashboards to be distributed daily/weekly/monthly to inform key stakeholders

Marketing Campaign & Promotion
In consultation with sales and marketing manager, marcom team - develop, implement and execute on a calendar of marketing campaigns and promotional opportunities within all key e-retailers
Help sales and marketing managers coordinate, create promotional presentations to e-retailer
Ensuring an omni-channel approach by managing the communication of plans across market and business channel

Competitive & Market Analysis
Follow market trends and events, competitive/retailers posts, news and actions summarize and communicate
Constantly churn e-tailing sites for competitive offerings and refresh HON portfolio offering to match market trends
