Job Description

-Managing the FFMC Channel and the Branch Retail Channel for the business.
- Client servicing, escalation management & resolution of queries and issues received from cardholders, branches and channels.
- Coordination with Operations team for efficient Channel management.
- Design, Implementation and Roll out of Campaigns and contests in a timely manner for the Sales & FFMC Channel.
- Responsible for all Travel related MIS & BSC for the Sales Team.
- Act as a major link between the Product and Sales team.
- Strong co-ordination and leadership skills
