Job Description


- Managing the product processes, new product developments and features and driving P&L for the set of products

- Responsible for card issuance target and P&L of the product, with looking at avenues to increase the income and controlling cost

- Responsible for regulatory and compliance approvals and reporting

- Responsible for adherence to the approved processes

- Marketing campaigns and creating visibility and awareness of the product

- Supporting the sales team in pitching product to the customers and closing the deal

- Designing new processes to make the issuance and usage more efficient/streamlined in coordination with various internal teams/stakeholders (Ops, ITG, Compliance)

- Ensuring training or product awareness of all channels and process owners

- Relationship management with other internal sales channels of the Bank (salary, TASC, ETRG, GBG) to penetrate their customer base and cross-sell eg. Sell as bundled product offering will Salary team

- Launching new product features and creating new product variants/solution for increasing customer proposition
